How to help a friend who is struggling

Have you noticed that a friend hasn’t been acting like themselves? Maybe they are withdrawn or aren’t interested in things they enjoyed in the past. Sometimes it can be hard to know what the right thing to say to someone who might be struggling with their mental health is. Don’t worry, there are plenty of resources below about anxiety and depression that will help you start the conversation.
